Our ingredients are locally sourced and freshly cooked to order. The Dufferin Coaching Inn Ulster fry is made from sausages and bacon from our local family butcher who also rears his own live stock. Our eggs are from chickens that are free to roam. The potatoe cakes (Tatty Bread Rounds) are round and fluffy and the soda farl is from the village bakery. Our yogurt is from The Clandeboye Estate and is natural and creamy.
