About Mange Tout Deli & its owner Franck Brétéché
My name is Franck Brétéché and I am the proprietor of Mange Tout Café, Deli & Patisserie based in Down Business Park, Downpatrick.
Since we opened our doors on 23rd of August 2010, we have been overwhelmed but truly delighted by the response we have had from the local community and further afield. Our products are of top class quality and our customers have been very quick to recognise this.
I have a wealth of experience in the catering world and have built an excellent reputation for myself since relocating to Downpatrick from my native France just over 20 years ago. I trained in Nantes, France as a patisserie chef and also specialised in ice cream, sugar work and chocolate. I have always had a natural flair for cooking, to me it is a labour of love and it gives me great pleasure to see people enjoying the recipes that I have lovingly prepared. I have been lucky enough to have worked with some of the top chefs in Northern Ireland and have spent the last 10 years working as part of the management team of the Yellow Door Deli in Portadown. I am proud to say that during my career I have had the pleasure of cooking for many famous people notably The Queen, Bill Clinton, Snow Patrol and Lady Gaga.
At Mange Tout we are driven by a love of fantastic food and understand the importance of sourcing only the finest, freshest, local ingredients. For example the thickly sliced ham used in our sandwiches and salads is honey roasted by us in our own ovens, our luxury scones are made from scratch by us with quality butter and fresh ingredients, our delicious French pastries are all homemade on the premises by us. Our deli counter has to be seen to be believed and our specials menu never fails to impress. All our food is freshly prepared on the premises by our personally trained team and has so far received rave reviews from our customers.
We are proud to say that we will never compromise on quality. We hope that this adds to your Mange Tout Experience. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt.
